Refunds are not allowed for fully online courses once registration has occurred. If you have registered for a hybrid course in which half of the content is delivered online and half of the content is delivered in person, refunds will be granted at 100% (less transaction fees) up until access to the online content is granted (approximately 3 weeks prior to in person portion). After online access is granted, only a partial refund is available. The difference of pricing of purely online vs. partially in person (current pricing applies) may be given as a refund or a credit towards future in person dates within 7 days of the in person event. After 7 days prior to the in person event, no refund is available for any portion of the class. You will, however, have lifetime access to the full online content, including any and all update to the material for the lifetime of the course.
